ATERAMO LTD. was founded in 2024 by Monika and Rafal Niedzwiedz, a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for excellence.

With 20 years of professional experience and just as many years of shared life, we have built our company and created our own brand. In everything we do, we always strive for the highest quality. We don't like wasting time and resources, which is why process optimization while maintaining the highest standards is so important to us.

Ateramo Ltd. is divided into two parts. One is the IT Consulting Services, managed by Rafal. The other is Craft Bakery for Companies, managed by Monika (for more details, visit https://bakery.ateramo.com).

With nearly two decades of experience in the technology sector, Rafal specialises in delivering comprehensive IT architecture consulting services for Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and related components such as Oracle Forms and Reports, OBIEE, ODI, and more. Rafal's expertise encompasses various domains, including database and middleware administration, cloud migration projects, enterprise application migrations, and complex IT architecture design.

Throughout his career, Rafal has successfully led numerous projects, helping organizations optimize their IT investments and achieve operational excellence. Deep understanding of Oracle products, combined with my proficiency in complex IT architecture solutions, enables Rafal to deliver services and solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.
